What type of services do you offer?
What type of services do you offer?
We offer a variety of embroidery services including monogramming, applique, vinyl decals, and heat press.
What is your monogram turn around time?
Our embroidery, applique and heat press turnaround time is usually just a couple of days. Most vinyl orders can be done while you wait or within a day. There is an $8 rush fee if you need embroidered monograms done within 24 hours.
Do you monogram outside items?
Yes! We do monogram items that are not purchased at our store. Add an additional $3 to our in-store embroidery prices for outside items. Similarly, add $1 for vinyl application on outside items.
Do you gift wrap?
We do offer a complimentary gift wrapping service for items purchased in our store. We also offer gift wrapping on outside items for $2.
What kind of gift items do you have in your store?
We offer Corkcicle, Scout, candles, jewelry, baby items, wedding gift items, Comfort Colors, Charles River rain jackets, robes/spa wear, bags, Charlotte gift items, Charleston Shoe Company, Mudpie serveware/gift items seasonal merchandise, MikWright, Avanti, Snafu and Sunday Greeting cards, Swig, hand towels, and lots more!
